Not as good as we expected
Location was a fifteen minute walk to start of town centre. Reception staff were great and let us into the room at 11am which was really good as we had very early flights. Lounge piano player was fantastic but female service staff were miserable. Room was lovely. Didn't make up mini bar last day. Food in lounge was a let down and we felt better to eat out. Generally not as good as other hotels around the world in this that we have stayed at.

Great location
Upon checking in, I was immediately greeted with friendly staff. My friend and I spent two nights in the Junior Suite, which was not only beautiful, but extremely spacious as well. Loved that there was so much closet space. Not to mention, the bathroom had heated tiles. I slept like a baby in the king-size bed and I looked forward to the breakfast buffet everyday (because it was just that good!) The location was perfect too. Short walk to major attraction sights and the tram stops weren’t too far away either. Overall very impressed with my stay and would definitely recommend!

An exclusive all-round feel-good experience in a class of its own! The hotel and its friendly staff leave nothing to be desired and are also in the best location for sightseeing tours in Vienna. Absolutely recommended, it couldn't be better!
