Exceed expectation
exceeded expectations. Great location. walkable to all the main sights. go wander down side streets too though...away from the crowds wonderful suite. super comfortable bed. outstanding buffet breakfast . all staff very professional

Ideal hotel for a successful stay in Vienna
Pleasant reception, room as booked
despite having booked breakfast 3 times, we were told twice that this was not the case. Rooms were cleaned very cleanly, although it was left out once.

Perfect location
Perfect location, in close proximity to the city center (inner city), subway and tram stations within a short distance. Good connection from the airport with the City Airport Train (CAT) and then the subway to Karlsplatz (U4).
Beautiful and spacious rooms, excellent breakfast buffet with a large selection in the beautiful SALA TERRENA breakfast room, recommended in-house restaurant YOU with courteous service.
